Firefighters saved a man who got stuck between a large vault and a wall Tuesday morning when he fell while working at a warehouse near Doral.

Employees said the man works at a Bulgari warehouse inside the Miami Free Zone at 2335 NW 107th Ave., where foreign corporations may conduct duty-free trade.

For unknown reasons, the man fell from a ladder and landed between a safe and the wall at 9:30 a.m. He was trapped there until Miami-Dade Fire Rescue's technical rescue team hoisted him out later Tuesday morning, according to department spokesman Lt. Elkin Sierra.

The 37-year-old man was not badly injured, Sierra said.
